VANILLA
It represents the most known and commercialized product of this land.
Its vanilla, just like the one from Comoros, Mayotte, Mauritius and Reunion whose original name was Bourbon Island, is therefore defined as Bourbon and it is considered the most precious one.
SPICES
Madagascar thanks to its location and its microclimate is able to produce all spices existing, most of the time without resorting to intensive cultivation, thus managing to obtain unique and valuable products.
ESSENTIAL OILS
In the tradition of this land finds its space the production of essential oils thanks to the presence in the island of spices and tropical plants. This can 'ensure a complete assortment of oils usable in different fields, from pharmaceutical to food.
FAIR TRADE
Fairtrade is able every day to bring a positive and long-term change in Madagascar, one of the poorest countries in the world, thanks to the payment to farmers of a stable and fair price for their product - which protects them from market fluctuations and speculation as has happened in recent years - and a livelihood in non-productive periods, to be invested to improve the lives of their communities or to consolidate their small farms.
CERTIFICATIONS
In order to protect the final consumers are increasingly required all those certifications that can guarantee the product in consumption.
